Description

You will design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Design interfaces aligned with Baxter design patterns, W3C, Google Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and Android Design Guidelines.
• Conduct user research, including customer interviews and usability studies, to define user needs.
• Create high-fidelity UI prototypes for testing and stakeholder reviews.
• Plan and support usability testing, writing test plans, moderating sessions, and documenting findings.
• Provide UX recommendations to cross-functional teams to improve product usability and workflow.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
• Advanced experience with Figma, specifically using components, variables, auto-layout, themes, and design systems.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a Design Language System (DLS).
• Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to balance independent work with strong team communication.
• Experience with UX Design and Figma.
• 5+ years of relevant UX design experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on medical devices or within regulated industries.
