Lead user-centered design processes to create coherent solutions for the product platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze behavior to inform design decisions.
• Create prototypes and perform usability testing to validate and refine designs.
• Map complex user journeys to identify effective design solutions.
• Develop consistent UX design patterns across the product platform.
• Present design artifacts and direction to stakeholders and development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Strong proficiency in user research methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Expertise in creating journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Solid understanding of UX design principles and best practices.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with development teams.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
