You will design seamless digital journeys by bridging user needs, business goals, and development constraints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop UX concepts, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for high-priority initiatives.
• Conduct user research to connect customer problems with business impact.
• Define and evolve design systems by structuring components and libraries.
• Lead usability testing to evaluate user behavior and product performance.
• Produce organized design deliverables ready for developer hand-off.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with UX tools and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of eCommerce workflows and user journeys.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience applying research and usability best practices.

Preferred Skills

• UI design experience to support marketing activities.
• Experience working with Atomic Design Systems.
