You will design user experiences for enterprise software solutions, focusing on human-centered design principles.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Capture user needs and use-cases to create design prototypes validated with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support the entire design development process, from customer research through concept and execution.
• Translate user needs into technical deliverables including information architecture, wireframes, and UI specifications.
• Present and support design work to team members.
• Apply judgment to determine appropriate design actions within established procedures.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience as a User Experience Designer.
• Proficiency with modern design tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or Invision.
• Experience designing UX components within AI or machine vision applications.
• Understanding of interaction design, visual design, and design systems.
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing design work.
• Strong problem-solving and conceptual development ability.
• Basic understanding of mobile or web development technologies and limitations.
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in HCI, design, or equivalent.
