Description

You will design end-to-end user experiences for large-scale banking applications (web & mobile).

Responsibilities

• Convert business, operational, and regulatory requirements into effective UX solutions.
• Build, manage, and scale a bank-wide Design System.
• Ensure UX consistency across multiple applications and teams.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Compliance teams.
• Conduct usability testing, UX reviews, and design sign-offs.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience in UX / Product Design.
• Strong experience in enterprise or BFSI applications.
• Hands-on experience with Design Systems.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and UX documentation.
• Good understanding of usability and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks and design-to-code workflows.
• Experience with Ux Design, Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Design Systems.
