Description

You will own the user experience and interface design for our products, collaborating directly with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into functional, accessible designs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements through collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Create storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and original graphic designs to illustrate design concepts.
• Design user interface elements, including navigation buttons and search fields, ensuring adherence to style standards.
• Develop interactive UI mockups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate site functionality and visual hierarchy.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, such as responsiveness problems, and implement layout adjustments based on user feedback.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1.5 years of daily, hands-on experience with Figma for UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for graphic design tasks.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles, design sprints, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Ability to illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio of design projects.
• Good command of spoken English to participate effectively in daily stand-up meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for both website and mobile platforms.
