Description

Lead visual design direction and manage a team of UI designers, graphic designers, and illustrators.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction for visual design and establish an executable strategy for the UI design function.
• Create processes to improve quality and streamline workflows for the UI team in collaboration with PMs, engineering, and QA.
• Lead the creation, implementation, and company-wide application of a design system.
• Coach and mentor a diverse design team to define and measure the impact of their creative vision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in design roles.
• Expertise in Product Design and User Experience (UX) Design.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS.
• Experience managing and mentoring design teams.
• Ability to work within Agile engineering environments.
• Drive a user-centric approach and design thinking culture across the organization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with graphic design and illustration.
• Background in establishing design systems from scratch.
