Description

You will lead human-centered design strategies, usability testing, and design thinking exercises to drive product experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute Human Centered Design (HCD) and design thinking exercises to validate usability and user needs.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers and product managers to organize project planning, execution standards, and consensus-building.
• Conduct user testing, analyze analytics, and present findings to cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Utilize Figma for prototyping and development mode workflows to bridge design and engineering.
• Manage design workflows and task tracking using Jira Agile management practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Human Centered design strategies and design thinking.
• Proven expertise in usability testing, user research, and analytics validation.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design handoff.
• Experience with Jira for Agile project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or 6+ years progressive experience in lieu of degree).

Preferred Skills

• Engineering degree (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc).
• Technical certifications in multiple technologies.
