You will model and communicate complex systems as a strategic partner in product development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Clarify business objectives and define specific project goals.
• Create project plans, diagrams, user journeys, and conceptual prototypes.
• Identify market opportunities by merging business requirements with customer needs.
• Manage trade-offs between business objectives and UX decisions to influence the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with researchers to integrate customer feedback and 0-1 research methods into design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Experience modeling and communicating complex systems.
• Ability to work with customer feedback and analytics.
• Understanding of underlying technology and platform-level developments such as iOS and voice.
• Skill in connecting business goals to customer goals and problems to solutions.
• Knowledge of industry facets including economics, regulation, and technology.

• Any graduate degree.
