Description

You will design and develop datasets and tooling to improve AI-driven UX reasoning, generation, and manipulation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop datasets for AI training, evaluation, and post-training application.
• Build dataset creation tooling and infrastructure for data analysis and benchmark results.
• Execute evaluation development and experimentation in collaboration with the UX team.
• Fine-tune LLM models to enhance user experience capabilities.
• Extract relevant information from code to create work outputs for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience with front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Background working with large datasets, machine learning models, or dataset annotation.
• Strong code comprehension in one or more core programming languages.
• Practical experience with AI/ML applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
