Description

You will lead user-centered design processes to solve complex problems for customers across various roles and products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead user research initiatives using generative and evaluative methods.
• Design usable, responsive applications and apply design system standards to specialized applications.
• Analyze complex workflows spanning multiple departments to understand integration into operations.
• Create design and test artifacts including wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.
• Help product teams use research findings and data to inform design decisions and validate solutions.

Required Skills

• 7-15 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping software.
• Expertise in UI design, visual design, and responsive/mobile design.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Skilled in usability testing and creating research/test artifacts.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Experience building sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing map applications and working with geospatial UIs.
• Familiarity with design systems like Material Design.
• Experience using research repositories like Dovetail and analytics software.
