Description

Lead user-centered design for responsive applications across office and rail yard environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end design workflows from user research and strategy to visual design and usability testing.
• Analyze complex cross-departmental workflows to solve problems for customers and employees.
• Apply design system standards to custom, specialized logistics applications.
• Create product visions through storytelling to connect customer needs with business goals.
• Produce sketches, wireframes, visual design comps, journey maps, and personas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, UI patterns, layout, typography, and color.
• Proficiency in research methodologies and facilitating usability studies.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes using Axure or similar tools.
• Ability to use data to inform design decisions and present findings to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop user research scripts, reports, and presentations.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating craft and specific project roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with logistics or industrial applications.
