You will design and deliver technology products as a seasoned member of an agile team.

Responsibilities

• Own your design process end to end, from understanding user challenges to final delivery.
• Create, collaborate on, and iterate through designs and user flows.
• Work closely with product owners and front-end engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
• Use and evolve internal design systems.
• Translate complex user problems into simple, effective outcomes that drive business results.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a product designer shipping products.
• Proficiency in Figma best practices.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience working with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to tackle complex user problems and deliver customer value.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in product design and UX.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in eCommerce, checkout, or financial products.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
• Exposure to cloud technologies.
