Responsibilities
- Own the entire design process from initial research to final handoff.
- Create, iterate, and prototype user flows and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product owners and front-end engineers to ensure precise implementation.
- Use and evolve the internal design system to maintain consistency.
- Conduct user research to understand customer problems and opportunities.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a product designer shipping customer-facing products.
- Expertise in Figma and industry best practices.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Experience with Design Systems.
- Proven ability to translate complex problems into simple, functional outcomes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in eCommerce, checkout, or financial products.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
- Exposure to cloud technologies.
