Responsibilities

• Own the entire design process from initial research to final handoff.
• Create, iterate, and prototype user flows and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product owners and front-end engineers to ensure precise implementation.
• Use and evolve the internal design system to maintain consistency.
• Conduct user research to understand customer problems and opportunities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a product designer shipping customer-facing products.
• Expertise in Figma and industry best practices.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience with Design Systems.
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into simple, functional outcomes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in eCommerce, checkout, or financial products.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
• Exposure to cloud technologies.
