Description

You will design user interfaces and define interaction paths for financial products, partnering with product managers and developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support UX development paths for new and existing product functionality.
• Create innovative user interfaces with a focus on information architecture and interaction design.
• Transform business requirements and research into tangible, usable user experiences.
• Design approaches to communicate sophisticated financial concepts clearly.
• Consume the design system and influence future needs through collaboration.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in digital or product UX design.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, InVision, and Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects).
• Experience with design thinking, human-centered design, and prototyping.
• Ability to create wireframes, site maps, user journeys, and functional specifications.
• Capability to adhere to existing design systems and develop new ones.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript limitations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design or Human-Computer Interaction.
• Knowledge of user research and usability testing processes.
