Description

Lead user experience research, strategy, and design for new internal applications across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX research, strategy, and design execution for new products and existing applications.
• Deliver design documentation, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to development teams.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to create experience maps, workflows, and mockups.
• Supervise usability studies and oversee additional UI/UX designers.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify UX goals in a dual-track Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in User Experience Design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Expertise in wireframing and user interface design.
• Experience conducting user research and leveraging data for design strategy.
• Strong background in human-centered design and workflow analysis.
• Skilled in interaction design, prototyping, and customer journey analysis.
• Ability to work within Agile project environments.
• Experience designing for professional users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with A/B Testing.
• Knowledge of Miro, Jira, and GSuite.
