Description

Lead the end-to-end UX design process for features and products, from discovery through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct UX research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create user personas, journey maps, task flows, and information architecture.
• Develop wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction designs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design and contribute to design systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience creating digital products for web and/or mobile.
• Expertise using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Miro.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct and synthesize UX research findings.
• Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Solid understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes and problem-solving outcomes.
• Ability to communicate and justify design decisions effectively.
