Description

You will design SharePoint page layouts, build prototypes, and validate designs through user testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed page layouts for SharePoint environments.
• Conduct user interviews to map current journeys and identify pain points.
• Facilitate brainstorming and whiteboarding sessions to solve problem statements.
• Build clickable prototypes for testing and validation.
• Lead design reviews and test prototypes directly with users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proven experience designing within SharePoint.
• Proficiency in creating clickable prototypes.
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
• Ability to translate user feedback into functional page designs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
