Conceptualize and deliver design artifacts at various levels of fidelity to support customer experience projects.
Create visual design documents including storyboards, wireframes, journey maps, personas, and task flows from concept to delivery.
Shape lightweight research plans, identify key questions, and guide synthesis to connect findings with strategic design decisions.
Review and validate work with peers, stakeholders, and customers to ensure alignment and quality.
Design and support remote workshops to facilitate collaboration and gather insights.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, with 8+ years' experience in product or service design; or a Master's Degree with 6+ years' experience.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Sketch.
3–4+ years of hands-on primary UX research experience, including planning and conducting customer or user interviews.
Ability to independently gather user insights and apply them to strategic design solutions.
Experience with strategic design, journey mapping, navigation modeling, and broader experience design work
