Description

You will conceptualize and deliver design artifacts to support customer experience projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create visual design documents including storyboards, wireframes, journey maps, personas, and task flows.
• Shape lightweight research plans, identify key questions, and guide synthesis to connect findings with strategic design decisions.
• Review and validate work with peers, stakeholders, and customers to ensure alignment and quality.
• Design and support remote workshops to facilitate collaboration and gather insights.
• Independently gather user insights and apply them to strategic design solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, HCI, or a related field with 8+ years' experience; or Master's Degree with 6+ years.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Sketch.
• 3–4+ years of hands-on primary UX research experience, including planning and conducting customer or user interviews.
• Experience with strategic design, journey mapping, and navigation modeling.
