Description

Lead UX design initiatives by bridging user needs with functional product requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing sites and products for usability to identify improvement areas.
• Conduct user research to develop personas and collaborate with Product Owners on user stories.
• Build wireframes, task flows, mock-ups, and prototypes using specialist software.
• Implement design changes based on user feedback and testing results.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes clearly to developers and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional UX Design experience.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Proven experience managing UX projects from planning to implementation.
• Experience coordinating with onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to solve usability and findability problems through creative design.
• Ability to research and incorporate user feedback into the design lifecycle.

• Any Graduate degree.
