Description

You will design and implement user-centered experiences by translating user needs into functional prototypes. You own the usability and findability of existing sites and products.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing sites and products to identify usability improvements.
• Conduct user research to develop personas and define user needs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to create user stories and design resources.
• Build wireframes, task flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes clearly to developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Proven ability to conduct user research and develop personas.
• Experience creating wireframes, task flows, and mock-ups.
• Ability to translate user feedback into actionable design changes.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and colleagues.
• Degree in any field.
