Description

You will own the end-to-end design process for user-centered solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver user-centered solutions in collaboration with product managers and developers.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals adhering to the Align Design System (ADS).
• Apply user research insights to drive design decision-making.
• Ensure design consistency and accessibility across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Provide clear design specifications and guidance to the development team during implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systematic and creative design thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with the Align Design System (ADS).
• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 3D, motion, or sound design.
• Knowledge of dental workflows or clinical software.
