Description

You will design user-centric interfaces and interaction models for new product initiatives and existing systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to elicit requirements, align project goals, and comprehend business objectives.
• Evaluate stakeholder feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to construct user personas and journey maps.
• Produce low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes to visualize interface structure and layout.
• Deliver detailed design specifications, style guides, and assets to developers to ensure consistency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD.
• User-centered design approach.
• Creating personas, user journey maps, and mood maps.
• Experience with research and ideation methodologies.
• Wireframing and rapid prototyping capabilities.
• Interactive prototyping skills.
• Formulating task flows and interaction models.
