Description

You will manage the end-to-end design process for web, iOS, and Android native applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full end-to-end design process using appropriate UX methods.
• Conduct UX research including user interviews and usability testing.
• Design and prototype software user interfaces.
• Apply industry UX/UI best practices to all product surfaces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience designing for iOS native applications.
• Experience designing for Android native applications.
• Experience designing web applications.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Ability to perform user research and usability testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in aviation, aerospace, or training environments.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe teams.
• Experience visualizing analytics and using Azure DevOps (ADO).
