You will design user experiences and interaction patterns that solve complex business problems through a customer-centric lens.

Responsibilities

  • Apply User Experience and Interaction Design methodologies to create reusable patterns and contribute to Design Systems.
  • Evaluate and distill qualitative and quantitative research and analytic data into clear, concise presentations.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while balancing business constraints and customer needs.
  • Present UI/UX concepts, strategies, and proposals to large cross-functional audiences.
  • Lead design initiatives within an agile environment to deliver high-quality outputs.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in UX and Interaction Design.
  • Proven ability to apply Design Systems and reusable patterns.
  • Experience distilling research and analytic data into actionable insights.
  • Strong ability to self-direct and organize complex project workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for presenting to cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and respond to constructive criticism.
  • Experience solving business problems through practical, creative design solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project-based challenges.
  • Any Graduate degree.
