Description

You will design and optimize internal digital products, ensuring intuitive user experiences across multiple concurrent initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research sessions to identify workflows, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate findings into actionable insights, recommendations, and design direction.
• Design end-to-end service experiences, including journey maps, process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Develop design standards and guidelines to maintain product consistency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX, product, or service design.
• Strong proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly and incorporate feedback into iterative design processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating outcome-driven workshops.
• Background in complex enterprise or internal-product environments.
