Description

You will lead design workstreams to develop the digital connected experience for patients, caregivers, and providers.

Responsibilities

• Generate low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to communicate design concepts.
• Create production-ready assets and collaborate with software engineers to resolve implementation challenges.
• Develop onboarding and learning strategies to improve end-to-end user experiences.
• Participate in user studies and support design transfer to software teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, or UX architect.
• Proficiency with Figma and Sketch.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and After Effects.
• Proven ability to design at the interface between hardware and UI touchpoints.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product development processes and design outputs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree in Design or a related field.
