UX Designer

You will design digital products and services using human-centered design practices.

Responsibilities

• Design interaction models, wireframes, and visuals across multiple platforms.
• Create product prototypes and service blueprints.
• Apply design systems and document interaction design patterns and visual styles.
• Iteratively improve design solutions using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborate with researchers, developers, and clients within agile software development projects.
• Present design decisions and concepts to clients.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in experience, interaction, or product design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Marvel.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and WCAG.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Axure or Principle for testing and presenting concepts.
• Strong visual, technical, and service design skills.
• Fluent Finnish and excellent English communication skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating recent work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in copywriting, marketing communications, coding, data science, analytics, or cognitive psychology.
