Description
You will design user-friendly interfaces and conduct research to drive product decisions for web, mobile, and digital platforms.
This role is hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and sitemaps optimized for multiple devices.
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing.
- Analyze user behavior and needs to inform design strategy and iterate on solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables align with AODA/WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Facilitate workshops with technical and business stakeholders to build consensus.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, and Miro.
- Experience working with Ontario Design Systems (ODS).
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- Ability to translate research insights into actionable design artifacts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure or DevOps.
- Prior experience in OPS or public sector projects.
