Description

You will design engaging and effective UI experiences for web applications, mobile, and responsive environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements from product management into wireframes, prototypes, personas, and customer journey maps.
• Lead design review sessions with internal stakeholders to reach consensus and secure approvals.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to build, test, and deploy UI components.
• Establish product-specific UI/UX vision and standards while adhering to branding and accessibility guidelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of UX experience designing web applications, enterprise portals, and mobile responsive experiences.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Figma to design web application features and assets.
• 3+ years of experience providing UX/UI leadership using design thinking, design sprints, and user-centered design.
• Proven ability to facilitate and lead client workshops remotely.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
• Strong proficiency in UI design and creating design systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in user flows, low and high-fidelity designs, and prototyping.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Adobe XD and Axure.
• Experience with usability testing and accessibility compliance (AODA).
