You will design user-centered solutions for complex products, ensuring alignment with business plans and agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply UX best practices to design mobile-first and responsive solutions.
• Iterate designs efficiently using user-centered design processes.
• Coordinate with business and core teams to ensure project schedules and quality standards are met.
• Participate in complex product projects of varying sizes.
• Mediate discussions to align stakeholders on design direction.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant UX design experience in complex projects.
• Proficiency in JustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, Figma, and Zeplin.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
• Experience working within Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Excellent communication and mediation skills for client and team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.
• Knowledge of React, Angular, or NodeJS.
