Description

You will own the design and delivery of digital experiences for B2C applications, focusing heavily on mobile design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process using user research and testing to guide product roadmaps and improvements.
• Apply and maintain a consistent design system across all platforms, conducting regular adherence audits.
• Produce high-quality design artifacts, including wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes.
• Conduct user testing, synthesize feedback, and refine designs to meet user-centric and business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to integrate experience strategies into development.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep knowledge of the full digital product design process (validation, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity visuals).
• Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.
• Experience working with design systems and tools like Mural and UserTesting.com.
• Familiarity with WCAG and AODA accessibility standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, HCI, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of technical constraints across desktop, Android, and iOS platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with web standards (W3C, Section 508).
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
