Description

You will design and deliver digital experiences for B2C applications, with a primary focus on mobile interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process by using user research and testing to inform product roadmaps.
• Maintain a consistent design system across platforms and conduct regular adherence audits.
• Create high-quality artifacts including wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes.
• Synthesize user testing feedback to refine designs and meet business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers to integrate experience strategies into development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep knowledge of the full digital product design lifecycle.
• Strong grasp of UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with design systems and tools like Mural and UserTesting.com.
• Familiarity with WCAG and AODA accessibility standards.
• Understanding of technical constraints for desktop, Android, and iOS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, HCI, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with web standards (W3C, Section 508).
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
