Responsibilities

• Coordinate configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of PC hardware and software.
• Resolve situations where standard procedures fail to isolate or fix equipment or software installation issues.
• Manage moves, configuration changes, and troubleshooting for hardware and software.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation regarding end-user issues.
• Determine appropriate courses of action independently when facing varied or ambiguous assignments.
