You will focus on digital user analysis and accessibility testing to ensure inclusive design standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Test digital products for accessibility compliance using specialized screen reader and auditing tools.
• Implement semantic HTML and ARIA markup to meet WCAG standards.
• Develop intuitive design solutions by balancing business needs with technical capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of new design patterns into existing standards and web policies.
• Advocate for high-quality design implementation to stakeholders regardless of technical or legal constraints.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in digital user analysis or UX design.
• Proficiency with JAWS and NVDA screen readers.
• Experience with iOS VoiceOver and Android TalkBack.
• Hands-on experience with WAVE and AXE accessibility auditing tools.
• Extensive knowledge of ARIA Markup and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of semantic HTML and WCAG guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
