Description

You will design user experiences for retail point of sale systems across multiple store environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design point of sale interfaces for large-scale retail environments.
• Conduct competitive analyses of websites operating in the same market space.
• Coordinate with the UI team on navigation, page routing, and product page design.
• Develop mockups for development and design teams to implement.
• Perform usability tests on independent page types and report findings to senior management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UX design.
• Direct experience designing for retail point of sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to prepare customer analyses based on target demographics and transaction data.
• Experience developing content development strategies.
• Proven track record of tracking usability goals and preparing management reports.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and user flows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale retail clients such as Whole Foods, Target, or Safeway.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with UI and development teams.
