Description

Design data-driven solutions within an experimentation-focused development process. Own the design lifecycle from problem framing to production implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Frame user problems using scenarios, storyboards, journey maps, and task flow diagrams.
• Create low-to-high fidelity wireframe prototypes to test and communicate interaction design expectations.
• Drive design decisions and track issues throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure visual fidelity, UI patterns, and expected behavior from implementation to production.
• Communicate design choices and direction effectively to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of web and mobile design experience, preferably for high-traffic, consumer-facing websites.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating design thinking, decision-making, and high-fidelity deliverables.
• Proficiency in wireframing, user flows, and mockups.
• Experience with User Interface Design and UI frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities.
• Interest in driving product growth through A/B testing and product optimizations.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing platforms with multiple product offerings.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, grids, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of in-product A/B testing and experimentation.
