Description

You will own the end-to-end product experience from concept through delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product experience via user flows, site maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Drive design direction based on user research findings.
• Identify and implement design and process improvements.
• Communicate with product teams and stakeholders to present creative solutions.
• Contribute to and leverage the existing design system and component library.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, and/or Adobe CS.
• Demonstrable experience in UX design methods, best practices, and deliverables.
• Strong understanding of usability principles and techniques.
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform user flows and interaction patterns.
• Knowledge of accessibility (A11y).
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design experience.
