Description

You will design intuitive and engaging interactions for web, mobile, and touch-based devices within a complex digital ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify user needs and business requirements to create low and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Develop navigation schemes, patterns, components, and templates to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Translate usability research findings into design improvements and detailed specifications, including process flows, wireframes, and storyboards.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA to verify bug fixes and support implementation.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proven experience designing for e-commerce, transaction-based sites, or large, complex digital applications.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Invision, Axure, and Miro.
• Proficiency in building advanced wireframes and prototypes for web, mobile, and touch interfaces.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI guidelines and patterns for iOS and Android.
• Ability to write detailed interaction specifications, including information architecture and workflows.
• Knowledge of front-end web technologies and accessibility standards.
• Experience working within large, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the airlines or travel domain.
