Description

You will design intuitive interfaces for the Copilot product, balancing user research with technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Maintain design systems and style guides to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback to meet business objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX design for software applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and problem-solving.
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
