Description

You will own user experience design, research, and prototyping for software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback while advocating for accessibility best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, ideally in product design for software.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and user-centered solutions.
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
