Description

You design intuitive user experiences for the Copilot product, collaborating with product managers and developers to translate business goals into user-centered interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure interface consistency.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback to meet business objectives.
• Advocate for accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive, usable designs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a UX Designer for software applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving, and user-centered solutions.
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
