Description

You will design intuitive user experiences for the Copilot product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and enhance user satisfaction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure product consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and advocate for accessibility best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in software product design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and problem-solving.
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Dynamics CRM development.
