Description

You design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for the Copilot product, balancing UX principles with CRM development context.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Build and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into functional designs.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback while advocating for accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer for software applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and problem-solving.
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (Any Graduate accepted).
