Description

You will design intuitive user experiences for the Copilot product, collaborating with product managers and developers to meet business goals and enhance user satisfaction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Maintain design systems and style guides to ensure visual consistency across the product.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback to align with business objectives.
• Advocate for accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive and usable interfaces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in software application product design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and problem-solving.
• Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in cross-functional team environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
