Description

You will lead User-Centered Design processes from discovery to delivery, translating complex requirements into accessible interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute UCD workflows to align design decisions with business goals and user needs.
• Create personas, experience journeys, and user flows to guide product strategy.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum sprints to ensure implementation accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX design experience, focusing on complex solutions across diverse technology stacks.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and team collaboration.
• Deep understanding of User-Centered Design principles, methods, and tools.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and partnering with engineers.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills to articulate design rationale.
