Description

You will design usable and accessible user interfaces on a low-code/no-code platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify pain points and user needs.
• Translate user requirements into wireframes and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with user goals.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure all applications meet strict accessibility standards and usability requirements.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a UX designer, user researcher, or equivalent role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Ability to translate business goals into effective design solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-centered design, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with low-code/no-code development platforms.
• Understanding of Section 508, WCAG guidelines, and accessibility tools like ANDI and JAWS.
• Experience with federal government projects.
