Description

You will design, develop, and productize holistic digital experiences for B2B e-commerce platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for the user while collaborating with product managers to solve complex problems.
• Create flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and artifacts to define end-to-end user experiences.
• Drive a user-centric, iterative design process using rapid prototyping and user research.
• Translate user research findings into future design deliverables and plan user testing sessions.
• Present UX/UI designs to stakeholders, users, and development teams, articulating how solutions meet needs and goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in the B2B space.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Online portfolio demonstrating recent work with case studies of the entire user-centered design process.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Abstract, and InVision.
• Previous experience working on e-commerce apps and websites.
• Advanced knowledge of responsive design and related development techniques.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and UX integration into Scrum.
• Experience organizing or participating in design workshops.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
