Description

You will design end-to-end product and web experiences using user-centered methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create low to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Conduct UX research including journey mapping, persona development, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align design with technical requirements.
• Apply web accessibility standards and maintain design systems.
• Utilize analytics tools to inform design decisions and track user behavior.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product and web experience design.
• Proficiency in Figma for prototyping.
• Experience with UX research methods, journey maps, and usability testing.
• Working knowledge of web accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for enterprise tools or web experiences.
• Background in volunteer management systems.
